Why don't you spend a day at Seoul This Feisty Bunny Stalking Her? Relationships ExperiencesThis is a roleplaying blog.
“Shiiiit. That backfired. Time to ditch that tactic. Technically I should give up, seeing as we’re already on our way to Haru… But if I’m going down, I’ll get some satisfaction out of it first.” She glanced at Hyunyoung and her new companion who were already looking pretty intimate with each other. Then she got a new idea. “I guess you leave me no choice, Hyunyoung-ah… Fight fire with fire.”
Taking a deep breath, she put an arm around Junhong’s waist and gently traced a line with her finger under his shirt. “So what do you do for a living?” Jangmi used as sultry a voice as she could. “You’re studying to be a lawyer? And you’re the guitarist in a band? You know, I just happen to find that really… sexy.” She whispered the last word in his ear and brushed her lips on his neck. They were walking in front of Hyunyoung and Dongwoo now, and she was counting on her friend to see Junhong squirm. “Let’s see how this turns the tide.”
Hyunyoung shot a glance at her friend and Junhong who were walking side by side infront of her. She raised an eyebrow as she saw the strangest thing. Was Jangmi trying to be… sexy? First, she acted all cute and bubbly like the usual Hyunyoung and now, she’s trying to be the sexy Violet! Unbelievable! Just what are you trying to say, Chae Jangmi?
Hyunyoung cleared her throat, hoping she would get some attention from the pair infront of them. “So, you’re in a dance troupe and you’ve won competitions? That’s so cool, Woowoo!” She clapped her hands and smiled even more, proud of herself for giving him a cute little nickname. “Woowoo? Is that what you’re going to call me now?” Dongwoo chuckled as he slowly hugged Hyunyoung’s waist. She smirked at Dongwoo’s action. Perfect.
She leaned in closer to Dongwoo, pressing her body against his. “Isn’t it cute? Woowoo~” She whispered ever so seductively in his ear. “You are just so… unf.” Running out of words, Dongwoo bit his lip. “Right back at ya, sweetheart.” Hyunyoung winked at him.
Once again, Hyunyoung looked over at Jangmi, to her surprise, had her arms wrapped around Junhong’s waist while Junhong’s were on her shoulders. Her eyes widened and her temper rose. CHAE JANGMI.

A sideward glance told Jangmi that Junhong - he was the one who asked them out in the first place, she realized - was trying to think of a joke and making dismal attempts at stalling. Suddenly an idea lit up in her mind. How long do I have to keep up this act? She groaned mentally.
“Like, omigod boys! I have something to share first~ How’s this for funny?” Giggle. “Hyunnie, do you remember that one time back in high school? We were in second year, I think. And like, omigod wait I can’t finish what I’m saying I’m laughing too hard!” Enter her best fake “uncontrollable” giggling. Come on, Jangmi… This needs to be believable for it to work… “Like, anyways, boys, we were walking in the canteen, just chilling and stuff, when she saw this guy she had a huuuge crush on! I think his name was like, Jonghyun or something? Anyways like, she super freaked out. She tried to keep it inside but when they walked past each other she just totally spilled her orange juice all over the guy!”
“And yeah, so like he looked at her all disgusted and stuff and told all his friends after. All the way until we got to my house she was crying on my shoulder saying her life was over!” She burst into fake guffaws again.
“But it was funny, huh? Right, Hyunnie?” She looked expectantly at her friend.
Hyunyoung tried her best to keep her composure. She breathed in a deep sigh and clutched her fists tightly. “I remember that. I don’t remember crying that much.” She said, emphasizing on the word that while slowly blushing. Hyunyoung looked away, embarrased while she brushed her hair with her hand.

“Anyways!” She cleared her throat and looked at the two boys. “Shall we go to Haru? I’m sure we’ve gotten to know each other quite enough.” The boys nodded and stood up. They helped the girls out of their seats and proceeded to go out to the streets.
Hyunyoung linked arms with Dongwoo and smirked. “I can’t wait to show you my dancing.” She whispered, biting her lips. She heard Dongwoo chuckle. “Wait until you see mine.” He said, slightly turning her on. “Maybe we should have a dance battle then.” She smiled, looking up at Dongwoo. “Bring it, Hyunyoungie.” He held her chin and smiled. That caught Hyunyoung off guard so she couldn’t hide her pink face. Dongwoo laughed, “You’re pretty cute.” He showed the most precious smile which made Hyunyoung smile too.

She tried to keep the dorky goofy smile on her face as Hyunyoung beckoned the two guys to sit with them. “Aish. Backfired. I’ll just have to keep this up…” Jangmi looked out of the corner of her eye at the one who sat beside her. “He’s actually cute. It’s a shame to have to turn him off like this, but desperate times call for desperate measures.” She took a deep breath. “Like omigod, you’re like soooo cute~ And your hair, is it like, natural or did you dye it? Teeheehee it’s SO CURLY~!” She reached out to grab one of his locks and twirl it around her finger.
“Oh, I like forgot to introduce myself! Silly me.” She giggled, to her own chagrin. “I’m Chae Jangmi, yes, Jangmi meaning flower, because I’m pretty, nice to meet you~ So like, what’s your name?” Jangmi looked at him expectantly. He looked like he was dragged here with his companion and wasn’t expecting this scenario. “Just call me Junhong.”
“Junhong? What kind of name is that? THAT’S A FUNNY NAME!!” She turned to her friend. “Hyunnie, this guy is funny! This is like sooo fun~” Bouncing up and down and clapping her hands, she waited with a bit of nervousness for her reaction. Bring it on, Jung Hyunyoung.
Hyunyoung turned her body towards Junhong. “Are you really?” She asked, placing her chin on her palms and smiling like there’s no tomorrow. From the corner of her eye, she saw Dongwoo “shoot” Junghong with his hands. “Come on, tell a joke.” Winking, she asked Junhong.

Not forgetting about Dongwoo, Hyunyoung wrapped her arm around his broad shoulders and pulled him close. “Let’s listen to your friend now, baby.” She whispered, making him blush. Dongwoo nodded and awkwardly looked at his friend. “Go on, honey, tell us a joke.” She insisted Jonghun. “Oh, okay. Let’s see….” Junhong racked his head and thought of a joke. While waiting, Hyunyoung kept whispering to Dongwoo and giggling. Dongwoo, on the other hand, kept getting redder and redder.

“What’s happening to you?” Jangmi thought. “Being a little bitch all of a sudden. I miss the Hyunyoung that relieved my stress from work. The Hyunyoung that was amused by the simplest things, like a kid. The Hyunyoung that made me smile.” Roused from her thoughts again, she saw her friend had stood from her chair and was making ridiculously provocative poses. “Sit down unless you want the whole establishment looking at us,” she hissed.
Two men approached and invited them out. Looking between them and Hyunyoung, she rolled her eyes and tried to suppress the urge to put her face in her hands and sob. Turns out the day wouldn’t be so peaceful.
“I need to get out of this.” Racking her brains for a solution, she saw something in the corner of her mind. “I haven’t practiced my acting in a while, have I?” She smirked.
“YAAAY HYUNNIE UNNIE LET’S GOOO! I’VE NEVER BEEN TO ONE OF THOSE BEFORE I’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO THEY LOOK REALLY COOL~ WE’LL GO LATER RIGHT BUT I WANNA GO NOW WHAT DO I WEEEAAAR?” She bounced up and down, clapping her hands and trying to appear as dorky and immature as possible.

Hyunyoung stared at her friend. Is this for real? Is she… is she imitating me? Well, the old me… Still! Ugh! Chae Jangmi, just what are you planning. Hyunyoung eyed her friend as if shooting laser beams at her. She shook off the feeling and smiled widely at the two men. “We’d love to.” She said, in the most seductive way she can. You want to play a game? I can sure play that game.
Hyunyoung pulled one of the guy’s arms. “Sit down with us for a while?” She made a cute whiny sound. The two men couldn’t resist and sat down beside the girls. “I’m Hyunyoung, by the way. Jung Hyunyoung.” She chuckled, whispering into one of the guy’s ear. The man took a deep breath and introduced himself. “I-I’m Dongwoo” He awkwardly said, unable to look at her. “Dongwoo? That’s such a cute name~” Hyunyoung smiled, her face just inches away from his. Hyunyoung started playing with his hair and took a glance at Jangmi. Her eyes widened and looked at her again. JUST WHAT IS THIS GIRL DOING?

HE DIED?! WHY THE HELL DID HE HAVE TO DIE? God, I hate this book. Engrossed in another world, as she always was when reading, Jangmi felt a tap on her shoulder bring her back to reality. “Hey, Hyun-” she started to say with a smile until she saw her friend’s dramatically changed appearance.
Usually when they met up for these little bonding/catching up sessions, Hyunyoung would enter the cafe with her hair tied back in a quick ponytail, wearing comfortable clothes and a smile in a face. Unless they were going to a certain place. But this time as Jangmi gave her an elevator look, her clothes were racy and her makeup dramatic. She opened her mouth to scold her when she realized how much like a mother she must sound. She resorted to teasing. “Chill, girl. What’s the occasion? It’s only two in the afternoon,” she chuckled.
Lost in her musings, wondering how to feel about this latest development, her friend greeted her and Jangmi smirked in her mind. Still the same inside.
“Why? What’s so wrong about dressing like this?” Hyunyoung asked, unintentionally in a bitchy tone. She cleared her throat, after looking around nervously. I …didn’t mean to say it like that. She bit her lip and remembered to play it cool. I never really realized it was this hard to change. You should get used to saying stuff like this, Hyun! She scolded herself and regained her posture.
“Why don’t you like it? My friend did say I have a nice body and that I should flaunt it. So, I considered what she said and.. here I am.” She stood up and made some poses in front of her friend, gaining looks from people around them. Jangmi told her to sit back down and she did. Before she could scold her, two young good looking men approached them. “I like your little photo shoot over here.” One of them said. Hyunyoung flipped her hair and smirked. “I… we were wondering if you would come with us to a club later?” The other one asked. “It’s a place called Haru. It’s the best, honestly.” He continued. Hyunyoung looked at Jangmi and rested her chin over her hands. She smiled and innocently blinked at her, waiting for her answer.

At the sound of her ringtone, Jangmi reached to her left on her desk and grabbed her cellphone without looking at it. Checking the screen, she found a message from her friend - maybe my best friend?, she thought - Hyunyoung. She looked over the text and was about to put her phone away when the very bottom caught her eye and made her do a double-take. “Hyunnie never used that before,” Jangmi murmured. Shrugging it off, she realized she didn’t leave her desk during lunch break. “I’ll tell them I’m having a late lunch, then,” checking the time and giving herself fifteen minutes to tie up loose ends before heading out to the little cafe at the corner.
She entered the cafe and looked around for her friend. Hyunyoung found a woman with long brown hair, engrossed in reading her book. Jangmi. She instantly thought. She walked over to her and tapped her shoulder. “Hi Ja—” She cleared her throat, remembering to stick to being mature. “Hey, Jangmi.” She said in her most cool and collected tone.
Hyunyoung kept smiling despite seeing her friend almost have a heart attack upon seeing her. “You like it? I decided to change my style a little.” She explained, sitting down infront of her. “So… uh.. what’s up, Mi?” She awkwardly said, trying to find the right ‘cool’ words.

Hyunyoung looked at herself in the mirror and smiled. “You’re such a beautiful person.” She said, talking to her reflection. She took out her phone and thought, why not meet up Jangmi unnie again? Show her I’ve changed. Show her that I can be somewhat like her. She nodded and texted her friend.
Hey unnie! Let’s meet up today! That little cafe near your office? 2:00 maybe? Can’t wait!
xoxo
What’s with the xoxo? she asked herself. Oh yeah, I’ve changed. She remembered and got ready to meet her friend. She took a long time picking out clothes. Something a little revealing and …tight. She would always tell herself. In the end, she wore a short black dress that hugged her curves. This should be good enough. She took out a pair of sparkly heels and checked her phone. It was nearly 2:00 and she hasn’t gotten out of her apartment. She was about to run but, she reminded that she has changed. She took a deep breath and walked out confidently, not caring about the time.
